Foxtown government dock may be a challenge to climb ladder. it looks like the dock at da valley restaurant would have been a better choice. the restaurant da valley is as good as they say and quick service. we don't have pets but it doesn't look like a pet would be an issue. folks seem quite friendly.

Draft: 4.0'Overall Rating:3Holding:3Wind Protection:2Current Flow:4Wake Protection:3Scenic Beauty:3Ease of Shopping:4Shore Access:4Pet Friendly:5Cell Service:4We anchored about .3nm NW of the anchor mark in depths approx 2.5 meters in late May 2022. Getting close to town becomes rocky with spotty holding. Fairly good protection from South winds, but as this is a fairly open anchorage, expect chop as the winds increase. Forxtown has a grocery, several restaurants, fuel, and friendly residents. It's a good stop to/from Great Sale Cay for crossings. There is a nice town dinghy dock.
