We moved here for a big westerly and found strong holding at 37° 25.492' N x 76° 27.001' W. Originally we tried where the anchor icon is on the map and could not get a set.

We sat through 30kts on consecutive days without a budge.

There is not much to see other than a random collection of houses, and I did not see anywhere to land the dinghy that felt public and safe.

Cell reception on ATT, TMOB, and VZW, was slightly better than East River. (yes we have all three, don't ask).

This is a beautiful anchorage and very protected. However if you need to take a pet to shore, all of the beaches belong to private estates so it is a challenge.
