This marina offers a great setup for transient boaters with 2 yrs-old well-maintained floating docks. Slips are wide with generous spacing between fingers, making docking easy even for larger vessels. Power (30/50 amp) and water are available at each slip. Average water depth is around 6 feet, though it can vary slightly. Be aware that there is significant weed growth around the slips during July and August.

Fuel and pump-out services are available, and the staff are attentive—guiding you to your slip.

If your vessel's air draft allows it, you can enjoy a scenic trip through the nearby Lachine Canal, which features five locks and offers a unique perspective on Montreal's historic industrial corridor.

Overall, it's a practical and friendly stop for boaters, with a few seasonal considerations.

There's a clean restroom and laundry area onsite (washer and dryer operated with coins), but no restaurant. Marina runs from May 15 to October 6, 2025. There's a boat ramp onsite, and winter storage for local boat owners is available.

While there is no WiFi and pedestrian access beyond the marina is somewhat limited, the location borders a beautiful park—home to the renowned Osheaga music festival—and biking in the area may be an enjoyable option to explore the surroundings.

Overall, it's a practical and friendly stop for boaters, with a few seasonal considerations.
