Bridge comment on Broad Causeway Bridge

We were in front of the bridge, at the last marker, at 12:15 and the tender refused to open the bridge for another 30 minutes. With major wake and wind you can't get that close but he still refused to open at the time indicated openings occur. Extremely unhelpful.

Bridge comment on Crescent Beach (SR 206) Bridge

The man operating this bridge was excellent! Very kind and super efficient. Called about a half mile out and he had us continue on a steady course and speed and had the bridge open quickly when we arrived minimizing anything delay for us and minimal traffic disruption! Made for a nice and easy pass through.

Anchorage Review for Pine Island Loop

Draft: 4.6'Overall Rating:2Holding:4Wind Protection:2Current Flow:2Wake Protection:2Scenic Beauty:4Ease of Shopping:1Shore Access:1Pet Friendly:1Cell Service:4This looks like a nice spot and very convenient off the ICW but there were crab pots everywhere and it was far more shallow, even at high tide, than the charts read. We ended up picking up anchor and moving to an anchorage further down to avoid being stressed about swinging in current and hitting a crab pot throughout the night. I'm sure it can be a good spot if you find the perfect spot but beware! Very tricky.
