I really liked this dock, but that's probably because I like quiet places. The dock is in good condition but can fit just one boat. My 32 foot LOA with dinghy out the back pretty much filled it. (A much smaller boat might be able to fit on the other side of the dock or the end of the dock.) The water is at least 7 feet deep, even at low tide, right up to the dock. There is no protection from wake, but most boats in this area are relatively small so wake was not much of an issue and no issue at all at night. At night it was very dark and very quiet. On land, there are a number of campsites and some folks had paddled in for the night. (They were quiet and I only saw them when they came out to the dock to watch the sunset.) A sign did not make it clear whether dogs were allowed, but I took my dogs on shore anyway. (Always clean up after your dogs, folks!) In the morning, we took a 1.8 mile hike along the wooded trails -- be advised that the trails are not marked and can be confusing so use a GPS tracker if you have one. We came back with three ticks, so check for that if you hike, too. Cell service was good on Verizon and Google Fi. I would definitely stay there again and can recommend it if you like a place to spend some time on the water. I should note here that if the dock is full, you could anchor nearby and still use the dock or shore to dinghy over.

Free is always good. No water or electricity. Dock is in good shape. Not the greatest protection from wake's but there's not a lot of boat traffic. It's secluded and nice privacy. Verizon service was good and several off air tv stations available. Our visit was middle March 2023.
