Bridge comment on Pinellas Bayway Structure "E"

Does anyone have information about the "actual" bridge clearance under the new Structure E bridge? It looks like the channel is in the wrong span. Is there 65 feet on the middle span? is there more than 6 feet of water under that span with no obstructions?
