All ATONs have been removed south of the bridge to #2, there is nothing to mark the channel. We traveled through the area using navionics to guide us. We traversed the area on an ebb tide and saw nothing less than 5.5 feet of depth. We were nervous as we draft 5 feet.

We stayed two nights in this peaceful Anchorage. Winter pool leaves lots of shoreline exposed. We anchored in 12' of water with very light winds. We were far enough from the lake that wakes from tows and other boats were not an issue.

We anchored in 8' of water. Heavy mud bottom with great holding, 3-7 knot winds out of the north. We had a great view of the Wednesday night sailing regatta. The bugs were heavy and covered the boat. Definitely need screens this time of the year. Lots of wake during the day, nothing after sunset. We did not go to shore

We were welcomed with open arms even though the marina had suffered catastrophic damage from a storm only hours earlier. Brian and Kathy went above and beyond to provide what we needed for repairs and parts all while rebuilding the marina. Clean bathrooms, excellent laundry, and a knowledgeable and helpful mechanic. Oh yeah, loaner cars are a nice addition.
