This is a nice spot - stayed here 1 night in Nov 2021 after a long day of 30 knot winds and needed a place to hide for the night. They got us in on the fuel dock and we were gone in the morning as fast as we got there. Got laundry done, fuel and a good night rest. This is on my list of places to stop on future trips.

Bridge comment on Southern Boulevard (SR 700/80) Bridge

Traveled under this bridge June 22 2021 and construction is active. The old bridge lifts up and clearance when up is not marked. Bridge tender said 65 feet at LOW tide, my boat is 63 and has an antenna, made it (low tide), and didn't ding the antenna. Bascule bridge (new) on the south side is 1 span stuck down so when you're happy about clearing one bridge, you are not done, a high stress passage.

Had a short and very pleasant stay here on our first night of a MD to Fla ICW passage in Dec 2020. Arrived at dark and Matt (owner) himself stayed late to make sure we got docked safely. Thank you! Excellent dock, floating concrete, good price and then we were gone as fast as we arrived.

Stayed here several days late Dec 2020 and had a great visit. Dockmasters Rob and Hal were kind and helpful. Laundry, power, internet, docks, everything worked and other transient folks staying here were very nice.

Nice place, nice people, free courtesy car and I left my drivers license behind. Kendall in office mailed it to me with no headaches, thank you! I see comments here on shallow. Access canal was narrow, but worked. We had no issue with depth and boat draws 4 feet.
