This is a very well-maintained marina with excellent resort amenities, on-site service shop, convenient fuel dock, near immediate access to the Bay, and reasonable prices. It's a bit out of the way from businesses -- 1.5 miles to the nearest restaurant, 2.5 miles to the nearest convenience store, and three miles to public transit -- but roads are very flat and easily traversed on bicycle.
