Nice marina in a peaceful, rural setting. The floating docks are in good shape as are laundry and restrooms. The restaurants are closed this time of year. There is nothing nearby to walk to; however they have a loaner cargo van we used to run errands. Every one has been very friendly and helpful.

The marina is very nice for boaters located on the transient dock; however there are no facilities for those not on transient dock. We were on Pier 7, which is down from the Boatworks. There were port-a-potties at the dock. The nearest toilet was by the marina store, no showers or laundry on that side of the harbor. We were told we were going to be on Pier 7 when we reserved the slip, so I knew we were away from the main area. I was not expecting no facilities. Make sure to ask.

The staff were very friendly and helpful and stayed past closing time so we could get a much needed pump out. The marina has very nice floating docks and everything seemed to be well maintained. Google maps said the restaurant was a 1.3 mile walk along the highway; however, we found you can get there in half that via the "sail trail" which runs through the woods.

As many reviews state, there are no restrooms or other amenities. The pump out is not currently working, which is clearly stated on the website and Dockwa. This is not a problem as long you know what to expect. The Quilt Museum and mural are fascinating. There is a bike path that you can take to the Kroger grocery store 3 miles away!

We had a great stay at Henry Harbor Marina. As other reviews have said, the wall is extremely old and in very poor condition; however the owner sent photos so we knew exactly what to expect. When we arrived, we rafted to the owners boat, which allowed a larger boat to tie to the wall and their friend to raft to them. We had power and easy access to land by walking across the owner's boat. The water was a little low, so the wall was fine. The wall is more difficult to tie to when the water is high, but when it is they can accommodate more boats in the basin. Everyone was very friendly and accommodating. It was a great stop in an area without many marinas.
