Came in on North side. saw more than 7 feet of water. Gets shallow by condo dock and launch ramp. Pretty narrow channel. Room for only a couple of boats. Lots of small boat traffic during day.

So glad we were able to get in here. George owns the property and is a very interesting to talk to. We enjoyed it so much we stayed an extra day. Dock is in good shape with 50 amp power available. Great location! Easy to downtown Apalachiola. Lots of restaurants and shopping.

We stayed here for a week at the end of January. The marina is a part of the very exclusive RV park. I didn't know such places existed. Beautiful grounds and pool. RVers were fun to talk with also. Took in the town. Rode bikes to museum and to Gun Club for dinner. Got some Stone Crab claws. Had never had them before. Girl at market told us how to eat them and cracked the claws for us. Cold, fresh and the best crab I have ever had! Watch tide coming in and out and you will be fine. Well worth the stop. Will be back! Great dog walking and access. Even had a off leash area and a dog wash tub.

Nice quiet anchorage. Dock was still closed when we came through in March. Took dogs to beach near entrance. Good holding. Make sure your charts are up to date. Followed charts in and saw plenty of water. Anchored in 2nd bay on east side. Make sure to watch out for the shallow water extending out from point. Moored around shallows and into deeper water. Protected from strong NE breeze. Anchor held very well.

Great place! Will come back. Staff was very friendly. Nice docks. Good restaurant on site. Biked into town, about 4 miles to Wallmart. We were here in January and were the only ones around! Shallow coming in but wasn't a problem. Took the dinghy around mangroves. Fun to explore. There was a kayak trail but some of the markers were missing from the last storm. Could walk dogs around marina. Lots of green space for them.

Marina and grounds are very nice. They have a couple of nice courtesy cars. Very easy to get to town. Restaurant and laundry were closed when we were there in November. Bathrooms and showers are not lockable. wifi on the transit dock was great!
left boat for 3 weeks while we went home. When we arrived, we inquired about having a couple service items taken of. Was told that they would pull the boat day after we left. Was never pulled and inquiries were never followed up with. Was really hoping for more. Quoted a monthly rate instead of daily rate. Worked out to be about half the price as daily.

Great Anchorage. Deep and clean water with a little flow to keep boat straight. small beach area on island to get dogs off. Took dinghy to the public dock in Paducah. Went through some commercial areas. Look out for barge and tug movement.

Beautiful anchorage. We draw 46" and saw 7' of depth coming through channel. There are channel markers coming in but almost the whole bay is 10-15 feet deep. Used the boat ramp on the North side of lake. small dock to land dinghy and walk dogs. Was able to stream Verizon wireless.

Great folks. Very friendly. Good pizza. Fun place to dock. Transit slips are on the main channel, in front of bar and outdoor picnic area. Watch the weather and wind direction. If it's blowing out of the north, be prepared to be bounced around.
