Bridge comment on PGA Boulevard Bridge

The bridge operator is not following the schedule. The last two days (July 24 and 25), the bridge has been opened on the quarter hour at various times. This is very disruptive for planning my commute and disappointing. Stick to the half hour/hour schedule please.
