When we couldn't get into the marina we planned on the Leeward crew made us feel right at home. The marina is convenient to shopping, has floating docks, very reasonably priced, large fairways and the restrooms are clean. The best thing about the marina is the friendly staff. I would have given it 5 stars but there isn't any wi-fi at this marina.

Anchorage Review for Albemarle Sound - Little River

Anchored here with a SW wind and was very exposed. Lots of crab pots which did cause us some navigational concerns. Got fairly good wifi and cell service with Verizon.

Lots of construction in the marina, but people are extremely friendly and so close to restaurants and stores. When the construction is done it will be 5 stars.

The management is excellent. After arriving one of the crew developed a toothache and there is an excellent dentist steps from the dock. Got the tooth taken care of and can truthfully say this was a great stop.
