Just to the North of the private channel in ten feet will afford better protection from wakes. The island is very busy. A tug and barge twice a day and crew boats up to eight times a day. Today we had a severe weather warning for heavy wind and rain as well as a tornado warning right across the channel. It came out of the North with 60 mph winds. We did just fine where we were. Excellent holding.
