It can hold more but you'll be anchoring in deeper water.
Anchor just north of the mooring buoys.
Access to either the town boat ramp by dinghy or the Shelburne park dock as long as you don't leave the dingy unattended. If you do you'll risk a fine and or it being hauled away on you.
Would have been five stars if we had a place to land the dingy and we're able to wander ashore.View location on the Waterway Guide Explorer

Protected from all but an easterly breeze. There is shore access to the south of the mooring field with access to great hiking and biking trails that eventually connect to the town of Shelbourne. An easy bike ride, but fairly long walk. Read and obey the signage outside the mooring field as it explains anchoring limitations.
