Draft: 5.0'Overall Rating:3Holding:4Wind Protection:4Current Flow:4Wake Protection:2Scenic Beauty:1Ease of Shopping:1Shore Access:1Pet Friendly:1Cell Service:3Just upstream from the P&I RR bridge head directly towards the boat ramp on the RDB in 30 feet of water. On approaching bank turn up towards Harrah's Casino Barge and anchor between the boat ramp and the Casino in your desired depth. There should be diminished current but enough to hold you pointing upstream. Harrah's makes no shore access available. There is the basic boat ramp with no dock available but at the top of the hill there is nothing but large Harrah's parking lots. We did not stay here so cannot comment on the tranquility of this stop.
