We anchored near the north shore near the kayaker access point. 12 feet in mud. Beware the flies, though, they were terrible and decended upon us even before we had the anchor down. Flies not so bad on shore where we hiked to the Boyd Cemetery. Wind light from NE overnight, Good protection and plenty of room for many boats if needed.
