Agree with most of what has been said in previous reviews.

Knowledgeable staff and professional. Restroom / Shower facilities are good, but small and a good distance. The men's restroom door was very sticky and difficult to open at times. Was told the tidal change was minimal, and while by some standards it is minimal it was enough to make it a challenge for some to get off the boat at low tide on fixed docks. Fixed docks are in good condition, but lighting is poor. Fairways are somewhat tight.

Super convenient to all the local attractions. Based on the parking situation, having Instcart can be a challenge because there is no place for them to park except pull over on the busy street.

Very close to town, naval academy and restaurants. Fixed docks make it hard to get on and off boat in extreme tide ranges. Dock hands are knowledgeable and very helpful. Fairways are a bit skinny with other boats anchors sticking out. Although docks are older they are in good condition. Did not use the restroom or laundry facilities. Good wifi. Lots of things to see and do in Annapolis and this is a good place to be as any.

Great location! Dockhands were good; walked to Eastpoint as well as around Annapolis. Bathroom facilities were good but some distance from slips. Did not use laundry or purchase gas

Very nice place right next door to a beautiful yacht club. Ideal location walking distance to restaurants, Naval Academy and shops. Shout out to Mills liquor store who delivered! Dockside Bar and Grill has fantastic crab cakes and cute outdoor seating area. So many fabulous restaurants. We were there during the Blue Angels right before Memorial Day. What a terrific show. Do the Naval Academy walking tour and the informative trolley tour. The weather was very windy so Marina can rolling. Docks are fixed and tide not too bad. There are laundry facilities and private showers which is an added perk.

Good location-close to the restaurants and other attractions. Fueled with a price break at 500 and a 1000 gallons.
70 yards from the Annapolis Yacht Club if you are a reciprocal member.
Steve is great. Very accommodating-a class act.
Minor issues-fixed docks are a challenge with a full moon low tide. Lighting along the docks was either turned off or do not work, so a bit of a problem. Security is not good. If you rent a car to do errands you might be better off with taxis and Uber. Parking was $30.00 during the week and $40.00 on weekend. Lot was not part of the marina and is poorly managed; and you need to leave your keys if you want to park overnight and then move the car before 20:00.
Overall, and yes I have high expectations, the rating would be a 4.5.

Great Marina. Very professional and knowledgeable staff. Short walk to downtown yet still private. Volume discounted fuel, ice, very clean updated bath house, awesome water pressure and electric. Best spot in Annapolis.

Overall we liked the marina and facilities.
    The Pros were:
    - location was very good for walking into town
    - bathrooms were clean
    - very little boat traffic so not much rocking
    - diesel/gas dock
    - staff was friendly
    - they called us to inform where to dock and about the facilities since we arrived after closing
    - quiet and restaurant on premises
    The Cons were:
    - fixed older docks
    - bathrooms were not completely private
    - no visible security so public could walk on docks
In conclusion we would go back there again.

A great location convenient to all the town has to offer. They've earned from me, a very rare 5 star rating because of the quality of the staff! They are the best I've ever experienced.

Great location, attentive and friendly staff. Steps from everything. Would stay again. City offers fast mobile pump out for $5, give one day notice. A bit rocky at times but overall good place to stay.

Downtown yet removed from the constant parade of boats going by. Ashley did a great job helping us fuel and then tying us up at our slip. She was very friendly and competent. Some slips require close maneuvering skills but there is no appreciable current or wind. Best diesel price in Annapolis. Short walk to Pussers and other restaurants. Pump out ($10) seemed a little weak. Fixed docks.

Great marina and staff. Lots of 100' plus boats here. Next to the Yacht Club. Only drawback is that it is almost impossible to walk a dog here. Everything cement for blocks around the marina.

Great overnight stop in Annapolis. Professional staff assisted during refueling and when coming in to the slip for the night. Easy walking to downtown Annapolis shopping and historic district. CVS nearby.

First time docking at Annapolis. Annapolis Yacht Basin staff are very professional from the first interaction on the phone to reserve a slip to arrival to handling the fuel dock. The day before we were scheduled, we contacted the marina to ensure that we could arrive early due to the weather forecast. The weather was beginning to deteriorate as we arrived; the dockhand was skilled and ensured that we were adequately secured prior to moving onto the next arrival.

The assigned slip had a 50amp connection, which was not a problem since we carry adapters. The staff offered an extra power cord if necessary. The office has general information about Annapolis, and provides the bath house keys. If leaving before the office opens, there is an expectation that the keys be placed in a drop box near the office wrapped in a paper to identifying the boat; this could be replaced by numbering the swipe cards with a sharpie. The bath house was simple, small, and clean.

Docks are fixed and with the fall water levels, could be a challenge depending on the boat.

The marina is within walking distance to many restaurants, shopping (CVS, small shops, and spirits/wine/beer) and the Naval Academy (sorry go Air Force and go Army). A true grocery would require a ride.

If visiting Annapolis in the future, this would be our first choice to seek a slip.

A thoroughly professional marina. Fixed docks, but low tide range and expert dock masters will have you tied up in a flash. Very close to the town and its attractions. Good power, WiFi and water supply. Some 20 footers and some 200 footers, all in the same marina. Great place and we will be back.
