Resort amenities were good. Pool, splash pad, outdoor games, music at night, fireworks on the 4th, all lots of fun. Restrooms and showers were clean but very busy as resort was full.
Wouldn't recommend anyone over 35ft attempt to dock at this marina. Slips are directly on ICW. Current, heavy traffic and wakes make docking challenging. No dockhands available to help. No security or gates on the marina docks. Resort security guard leaves at midnight. There were security issues on the docks while we were there. The situation was addressed appropriately, but unless security is increased, the problem will not be resolved.Business Response:
We are sorry to hear of any negative experience. Our facility if fulling gated, so we are unsure of your comment. We were extremely busy over the holiday weekend without park and marina at 100% occupancy. In most cases when boats reserve over 30ft we put them on the face dock for convenance to the guest. We are in a official monitored no Wake Zone but sometimes boaters can be ... we hope to see you again in the futureView location on the Waterway Guide Explorer

This was our overnight stop in the area.
Great laundry facilities and Tiki bar with great food. Was really close to many things on land that we could uber. Marina was not to large but great for a night or two on the face dock. Great location!View location on the Waterway Guide Explorer

We called June 18th for overnight dockage and we were advised that they have a 3 night minimum stay...not sure if this was a seasonal requirement.

What a great spot. While the guide says they don’t accept boats over 32 or 36 we called and asked and they had a face dock we could tie up to. We were able to dingy across the ICW and walk to West Marine and a longer walk to the beach. Nice hot tub that felt great each night.

This Marina sits right on the ICW, within view of the Little River Swing Bridge. Great assistance helping tie us up, extremely clean facilities and great local knowledge was given! Will choose this spot again!
