Dock master great. No water and electric marginal all I saw was 103 volts AC at my panel
For the amount of money charged per ft. Per night. Mostly unacceptable.
Still it's a great spot near all the action. Also Elevator broken and it's a hike up the stairs to get across the bridge keep that in mind!

8-28-23 The only reason for 2 stars is the location. You must reserve with Dockwa so no personal contact (not a fan of Dockwa). Tried to find more info on the obstruction but docked before having a response. They have a problem with ants, which they are trying to address, which wouldn't be a problem if they had water at the dock to hose off any food supply. There is an elevator at the bridge but it was out of service, and local info indicates that is common. All of this for a premium dockage and electric fee. We will return to Nashville in the future, but stay at a marina and Uber or Lyft to town.

    Business Response:
Hello, thanks for the feedback. Not sure if this is a review on the city or the docks themselves. Please note we have a phone number and onsite staff 5-7 days a week. You can call us at anytime! We use dockwa like many marinas for convenience to both the boater and our staff to manage the thousands of reservations we get. This is the only dock downtown, so you would still save a ton of money by staying here and able to walk to all the bars, restaurants and things to do vs having to pay for Ubers everyday, so something to consider there. Hope we can earn you business again in the future as we work to improve the docks. As noted on Dockwa we say there is no water so you should know that going into the reservation as the expectations as set. We also have documents showing the under water obstruction which is located under the bridge and marked on the dock with Red Paint. thank you!

We were here for 3 nights in September. Very good dockmaster, he is not expected to help with lines but he keeps the dock very clean, empties trash regularly and sprayed for ant problem on the dock. Power 30amp and 50amp but no water. Plenty of cleats on the wide floating concrete dock with good rubber all along. Security is padlock and chain, very difficult to use after dark. There are restrooms above but we did not use them. Only 3 stars due to lack of water and wakes from inconsiderate boaters and some tows.

    Business Response:
Thank you for the feedback, please note we have it marked that we do NOT have water both on here and Dockwa so the expectation is that we do not have water. Unfortunately we cannot control what boaters do on the water, that is very much out of our control and should not effect our ratings.

There are no restrooms available here. Supposedly they are open during the day but we did not see that. Very convenient to downtown. Gate has a combination lock on it. Pontoon saloon operates from here as well and their crew were very courteous. Price was high for the lack of amenities compared to other marinas but location makes up for it.

I feel terrible for giving them three stars for something out of their control, but potential guest must be aware. We like the docks, their electric pedestal work fine, they have trash receptacles available, it is clean, water depth is great, Harbor Master is friendly and helpful, and they are close to downtown. The issue is safety. We were there alone on a Friday night. We woke up to a thief inside our boat. He had used tools to bypass their pad lock of the main gate. He had shut off the entire dock main power and disconnected our power cord from the pedestal. We spooked him away and he did not still anything. The police came 20 to 30 minutes later and attempted to get a description and find finger prints. No hope on the prints. We were jumpy the rest of the night and had a terrible sleep. I would recommend a better lock system for their gate and a camera to discourage potential perpetrators.

    Business Response:
Thanks again for the review and pleased nothing serious happened to you or your belongings. We do plan to invest in a better bigger/gate lock as soon as possible but do encourage awareness that we are in a big city in a major downtown. Thanks again for staying with us and glad nothing happened here on this unfortunate incident!

Must book through Dockwa. Electric extra. Not protected from River traffic waves. Be sure to watch for obstruction noted on Navionics or other but we had to move the second day and forgot not to cross from bridge to ground

Docks are floating concrete, Dockmaster is on call to help. He can really fit the boats in- bow to stern. Wonderful location to everything downtown- get you walking shoes & tastebuds ready for good food & your ears ready for great singing at every stop! Loved it!

Great location, just take the pedestrian bridge across the river and you are in the middle of downtown. No security issues, spent 3 nights here, dock crew was very helpful in showing us where to dock with pictures since we arrived after they had gone home. No water, power is GFCI protected. Just be ready for lots of ramp and stair climbs to get to downtown. Some wake action from passing barges and can be a bit loud since you are right in the middle of downtown. Overall a very pleasant stay.

Nice solid concrete floating docks with lots of cleats and a rub rail. Good 30/50 A electric power poles. The rivers fairly calm except for barges and other boat traffic. Nice water view of Nashville. It's located under the walk bridge. No fresh water available. Gated and secured with a combination lock. 1/2 mile walk to downtown Nashville. Up the ramp, around the building and up the elevator to the bridge. Andrew met us and was very helpful and informative. (CAUTION) The only issue is a concrete obstruction along the dock directly under the bridge so enter the dock without passing under the bridge along the docks. The dock has a red stripe painted where the obstruction is located. 4* because of lack of fresh water.
