Tucked in at the back of White Lake in the City of Whitehall. A brewery pub and a few shops close to Marina and more less than a mile walk to Montague. Playground and park adjacent to Marina. Facilities are very clean and not used much given there are few overnighters. Lots of space so ask for a bigger slip if docking is a challenge. A great spot to duck in if Lake Michigan winds are threatening. We only saw one person working there and very friendly and accommodating. They closed the office and gas dock for a few hours during the day because no one could cover a shift for an employee that needed to leave.

Called at noon to reserve a slip. Called back at 2:00 PM to cancel because we were not going to make it to White Lake. Was told if we canceled we would not get a refund for the slip fee. This was never mentioned at the time of making the reservation nor is this policy mentioned on their website page.

Very shallow, watch your depth! There was 5.5 ft of water at our slip. Technically the marina was closed for the season, but you can still use the docks including water and electricity but the public bathrooms need cleaning and smelled like urine. I'd go to one of the other 7 marinas next time.

I don't think this is a great spot for loopers. First, it takes an hour (sail or trawler) to get from the pier head to the marina. The staff, young and not terribly experienced, is very kind and they try very hard. The credit card and reservation software were buggy and it took a while to get things done during check-in. If you stay here, make sure you talk to someone who knows boating. We were put in a very tough slip for our boat. It was inches/feet deep with duck weed and very shallow. It got us very close to the bottom and our thrusters were gummed up and took a while to clean out. They were kind of enough to find us another slip, but not until we first went to the bad slip. I recommend going to the fuel dock first and get a preview of the slip assignment that you're given.
