We loved the laid back vibe here. Easy to book by phone and very welcoming to transients. Floating docks are exposed to strong winds and wakes from passing boats that don't slow down. Funky office/store/bath building with lots of character and a steep staircase to get up to bathrooms, showers and laundry. Three miles to town, with a loaner car available. Gas only and pump-out. We would return.

Great place, serene. We used their car to go to Fort Ticonderoga and dinner at Wheel Inn. Neat building; bathroom facilities good.

Chip and his mom are terriffic hosts. This is the place to stop if you need your mast stepped, or unstepped for the Champlain Canal. The laundry facilities work, but are a little scary. Restrooms are clean and there is a cooler with $1 ice creams. Small ships store. I purchased a Lake Champlain cruising guide and there is a good sized book swap shelf.

Chip is a honest gentleman with all the amenities you could ask for - great loading ramp too.
