Very nice marina that has been rebuilt. Watch out for the charter fleets some of the bare boaters needed some space to maneuver. Easy to access fuel dock as well. New shower and bathrooms. Pool was under construction while we were here.

Conch Inn was a fantastic resource for us this spring (2023). We had several times overnight stays here to recharge batteries, bunker water & fuel, and pick up/discharge guests. Rates are quite reasonable (water was 10¢/gallon when staying there) and the piers are in great shape. They are routinely dredged. Everything is new (post-Dorian), and there is 30amp and 50amp service at each slip, along with the metered water.

Staff and management are absolutely top-notch: attentive, friendly, and fantastic line-handlers. Very accommodating and interested in the well-being of their guests.

There are hotel rooms available with more on the way, including a handicap-accessible one on the ground floor. A pool is also being constructed.

The dinghy dock lies between Snappas and the fuel dock (currently at the shoreline, just to the west of Snappas). Conch Inn asks for a reasonable $10 to use the dock, or for you to come into the restaurant and have a drink &/or meal.

We found Conch Inn to be a great central base for reprovisioning: propane is available at the Shell station; hardware at either Red Top or Maxwell's Hardware; groceries at Maxwell's or at Dockside (not really beside the dock, but just a short walk to the east); laundry on premises; very nice showers; and beer/liquor from either Jimmy's (practically next door) or Dockside.

We very much look forward to staying here on our next tour of Abaco.

Visited in 2021 while they were still rebuilding. Came in for a day to top up and water and do laundry, stayed an extra day.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Great location. Excellent new docks. Understand the place is rebuilt and quite beautiful now. Would definitely go back.

Office staff was always helpful and happy to do so. Brian and dock crew were awesome! Docks are very high, we would not have been able to get in and out with out them. EVERYTHING is brand new and clean.
One dryer two washers working. 5$ per wash or dry. No pool yet. Restaurant is beautiful..... but food service was slow to non existent. Get your own drinks at the bar and enjoy the live entertainment. Would recommend going else where for food. Cabs are readily available, with very nice divers 10$ + tip to maxwells grocery, 25$+ tip to airport. Would visit again ????!

Excellent marina, friendly helpful staff, new docks, bar, hotel, washrooms. Parts of marina still under construction but doesn't affect marina use. Meters for electric and water, quite reasonable. Restaurant had live entertainment and meal was quite good.

came in to pick up up folks from airport just ahead of a gale. Dockmaster and owner not only extremely helpful and friendly but they walked the docks at least 4 times as winds increased making suggestions and helping folks ad/move lines. Docks are brand new high end HDPE pilings, decking everything. Great restaurant on site , 2 others and a liquor store right close by. Came back boxing day ( day after Christmas) to drop folks back for airport with a dead alternator at 4 pm. Brian ( owner) had a mechanic there at 5 and I had a new alternator a day latter. Great place.

We ducked into Conch Inn Marina to change the oil and were pleasantly surprised! The family owners, dockmaster and dockhands were all very hospitable and attentive. The post-Dorian docks are now state-of-the-art, and the marina is very conveniently located for access to the town of Marsh Harbour. They have bathrooms, showers, laundry, and as a bonus, the rates were very reasonable. They are working feverishly (even Sundays) to construct offices and a new restaurant (Snappers) that are going to be first class!
Thank you, Conch Inn! Keep up the good work…we look forward to our return trip!

We stopped for water @ .25 cents a gallon. The marina is beautiful and Dock Master Terrell is fantastic. They have water, gas and diesel. 71 brand new slips, wifi , laundry is free. New dinghy dock! restaurant ready to open by July, all appliances are installed. close to the liquor store, maxwell groceries, bank with atm, marine supplies store and more. You can drop your trash for free. Construction in progress for the hotel but not ready yet. They quote 40 foot $40.00 for a slip. Also, Colors Bar is close by, great food with happy hour specials.

We extended our stay at the Conch Inn to take care of some maintenance issues. Brian and team were fantastic. All of the dock hands were very friendly and went out of their way to help with everything, including helping to re-tie the boat at night when a storm came through. The docks are all new and in great shape. Unfortunately, we left before the new restaurant and hotel were complete. We will definitely be back!
