Noteworthy:

We are situated directly across from City Marina on the Ashley River. While we maintain close to 100% occupancy most of the year, we welcome transients when we have availability. This can be difficult sometimes as we rely on our permanent tenant temporary vacancies to accomidate our transient guests. With this in mind, we, unfortunately tell our guests that we can not hold a reservation more than 7 days out... If we have room, we will always welcome you...
