Noteworthy:

This is a 200 foot long floating dock in good condition on LDB just south of the Federal Street Bridge and just before the Troy Downtown Marina. Dock is aluminum and in excellent condition with a depth of about 20' MLW and a six foot tide. There is supposed to be pay-meter at the top of the gangway but it not in place. According to the marina dockmaster, until it is installed there is no charge for day use. There are no facilities on the dock but it is located right next the the Saturday Farmers Market, a large ACE hardware store, a CVS pharmacy, and several good restaurants. It is also 1 hour south of Waterford and the start of the Erie Canal. A good place to stop for an hour or two and get some shopping done.
