| Noteworthy: | At the top (south side) of Chambly locks 1-3, the is a wall with room for 6-8 boats. The is 30 amp power although only 3 of 5 pedestals were working. This is a very protected place with a lovely park adjacent to the wall. There are many restaurants and bars nearby as well as a grocery store. Get a code for the restrooms at the lock office before they close for the day. Hail them on channel 68 or better yet, go talk to them in person to get your boat's name on the list to lock through the next day. This is a very nice place to stop. |
