| Noteworthy: | Concrete wall with cleats, good depth. Nice park, restrooms available (not open Jul 2021). Park is well used by locals to enjoy the river. The stern wheeler that takes people to/from Blennerhassett Island uses the wall; best position is at the upper end of the cleats. |
