LOA: 48'
Draft: 5.0'Arrived at this bridge at 0700 on a Sunday and the bridge tender said he wouldn't open until 0900. When questioned about the weekend opening times he had to check and then opened the bridge. Note to mariners, make sure you have the most recent information.

Comment by: Matt Claiborne, Cruising Editor on Feb 25, 2020
Vessel Type: Sail
LOA: 38'
Draft: 5.0'The definition of "federal holiday" is apparently at the discretion of the bridge tender. We were informed by the bridge tender that President's Day is "a federal holiday, but not a real holiday." And so we waited until 9 am for an opening. Call for clarification on the restrictions if in doubt.

Vessel Type: Sail
LOA: 46'
Draft: 6.0'Please note the comments state the bridge "need not open". This makes it sound discretionary. Called bridge tender for clarification. This bridge DOES NOT open 7-9 and 4-6
