10/29/2022 Bridge height was 28' today, not 30', and there appears to be a new height marker board over the old one

Just spoke with the bridge tender and he confirmed that they are back to normal operations.

This bridge is under repair and is ONLY OPENING MANUALLY at 10 am and 2 pm until further notice. Writing this on Sunday, May 7, 2022.

This swing bridge opens on signal (VHF 9 in SC) and the bridge tender was very friendly. Give him (or her) a heads up call so when your vessel is in sight by the him/her, opening can begin.
