  This anchorage is close to Freeport Marina, just outside their no wake buoys. Anchorage is muddy bottom with the protection of tall forest to the East. Some boat traffic to the marina is to be expected but not too bad. We were there over Labor Day weekend and took the dinghy to the marina Friday night. The bartender said not to worry about dock fees since we were at the bar. On Saturday there was a tent set out at the dock where they were charging $10/boat to dock. (This was a holiday though) I took the dinghy to the dock Sunday morning and there was no one around. Nice place to walk the dog.
