- Description:
Anchor just past the Village of Lawrence Marina in Bannister Bay with good holding in mud. The surrounding area is residential bounded by a golf course and no amenities within easy reach, but it makes for a very sheltered anchorage in inclement weather. Ask to tie your dinghy at the marina. A Shop Rite supermarket is only a few miles away by car.
DISCLAIMER: Before committing to an anchorage, you should confirm that the location is not governed by a regulation that may conflict with your plans. An increasing number of states and municipalities are enacting laws that define where and how long you may anchor.
